Whether you find your place in production or in the office, our plant is busy. We build Toyotas on production lines, and we're also supported by robots and autonomous machines. In the office, we work in a light-filled open space. And because we believe in equality, you'll find us all in the same place - from trainees and assistants to specialists and the company president. There's no need to knock on the door, just take a few steps and talk to whoever you need. And when we want to take a break from the busy world around us, we'll go to the relaxation zones, have a coffee in the cozy canteen or our little Zen garden.

When we asked our people what they were most looking forward to at work, a common answer was "the colleagues". We are a collective of women and men of different nationalities, ages, qualifications, and experience. Together we create a space where we are welcoming to each other, help each other, communicate and laugh heartily. You will meet people from the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Japan and other parts of the world. That automotive is only for men? That women don't belong in tech? And that you won't get a good job without experience? At Toyota, we certainly don't believe in these prejudices. Our goal is to increase the number of women in technical positions, and we are looking for female specialists, technical engineers and production operators. You will already find many female colleagues who use their skills and knowledge in both project management and in building cars piece by piece. We also have opportunities for people with no experience, whether you want to gain experience while/after studying or change fields and start from scratch. Our production system, known as the Toyota Production System (TPS), is now being emulated by almost all automotive manufacturers. Its guiding principle is the continuous improvement of safety, quality and production. The principles of TPS permeate throughout Toyota and have given rise to other systematizations - such as the Toyota Business Practice (TBP) model, which is a process for solving problems. Learn these world-renowned methodologies (and more) from the creators themselves and embrace challenges with us - such as hybrid technology, electrification, production quality improvement and decarbonization, or automation and robotization.

The Kolín region has become home for our Toyota Motor Manufacturing Czech plant. We care about the environment and contribute to the development of culture, sports, education, safety and social services in our region. We have built cycle paths, planted trees, cleaned up and we support the Integrated Rescue Service. We have also established a music festival and use the proceeds from it to make dreams come true for those with certain disabilities. Our big project is also the use of green energy sources.
