RECRUITMENT PROCESS
and what can you expect?
PRODUCTION POSITIONS
We will evaluate your CV and if you are a suitable candidate, we will talk over the phone first.
In case of mutual interest, we will invite you to our Recruitment Centre in Kolín (Jaselská 876, Kolín) for a so-called Recruitment Day. You will get detailed information about the job offer and you can ask any questions. You will also take a physical fitness test and a manual dexterity test.
You will get the results right away and if you pass, we will agree on the day when you will start working and set a date for your medical examination.
For a smooth start in your new job, you will first have induction training (2 days) to get the necessary information about life at Toyota. And then we will teach you everything you need to know in your job position.
OFFICE POSITIONS AND MAINTENANCE
We will evaluate your CV and if you are a suitable candidate, we will talk over the phone first.
In case of mutual interest, we will arrange an online interview, where we will share our mutual expectations and answer additional questions. We have also prepared an online English test for office positions and a professional knowledge test for maintenance positions.
After passing the online interview and tests, you will meet your future manager in person. Candidates for office positions will also be given a test on their knowledge of Excel before the interview. And if everything goes well, we’ll agree on the day when you will start working and set a date for your medical examination.
